We want to make sure that the care and services you get are appropriate, necessary and properly administered. That’s why we have a Quality Improvement (QI) program that works with members and providers to improve the quality of the care and services you receive.

We monitor areas that affect the care our members get, like access to care, screenings and member satisfaction.
