MLTSS Bed Type Revenue Codes
Before you submit your next nursing home claim to us, please check that you’re using the right revenue codes. This will help reduce the number of denials you might receive on your claims submissions.

| RS | Sub-Acute Care Services | 0192 |
| OS | MLTSS member in a Skilled Care Nursing Facility (SCNF) | 0100, 0119, 0129, 0139, 0149, 0159, 0169 with Bill type |
| NM | Non MLTSS member in a SCNF | 0160 - Bill type 65X or 66X |
